Week 2 was a lot better than week 1 by a long shot. I made sure not to go over in my calories this week. I walked 4.25 miles which is only .25 more than week 1 but I also exercised more this week. I walked buildings at work which is a huge workout, yesterday since it was so nice I played catch for a little bit, shot some hoops with the kids and also played Wii Bowling and I have been getting in some weights. Now, all this is exercise so everything counts for me.
DRUMROLL..... I lost 3.5 pounds. YAY..
